FEE SCHEDULE:
- Artists exhibiting at Humphreys, Baker, Pearl or private studio: $45
- Artist exhibiting at either First Parish Church or the Great Hall in Codman Square: $55
- All late registrations (received after Sept. 1): $65
DAC members receive a 20% discount on registration.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS: All participating, registered artists will receive bulk quantities of promotional materials including postcards (late September) and brochures (late September) listing artists’ names and venues to distribute to your mailing lists. The success of the event depends upon drawing in viewers, much of which is in response to artists mailing these materials.
We are collecting PRINT QUALITY images of artwork for use in press releases and the event guide using Photobucket.com. If you would like to submit an image or two, please follow these instructions:
- Got to http://www.photobucket.com
- Log in (in the upper right hand corner of the main page) using the USERNAME: dos2007 and the PASSWORD: dorchester
- In the middle of the next page you will see and area where you can upload 1-3 images.
- Once you have selected a file from your computer to upload, an text field will appear where you can provide a "title". Provide your NAME, the TITLE of the piece, and the MEDIUM in this field.
- Click "UPLOAD" (wait a few seconds) and viola! You're done.
DORCHESTERARTISTS.ORG: DAC is continuing to upgrade the website and will use this site to attract additional visitors to Open Studios. Registered artists will be listed on the website. You can also upload your own images by going to www.thedac.org and becoming a member which is currently free. Once a member, you can follow the links to add images to your “gallery” space online. Please include the name of the piece, medium, and your name and contact information. There is no fee for this.
Finally, floorplans of site assignments at group sites will be made available to you on or about September 10.
